October Goals

Today is the second day of October. I have decided to set monthly goals for myself. My goal this month is to lose 2 inches off my waist and to work on my addiction to bread. Yes, I said addiction. What else would you call it. I absolutely love bread, rolls, biscuits, bagels and muffins.

I have kept up working out and eating healthy. I notice that since I started this, I can barely stay awake after 10oclock, but it is much easier for me to get up in the morning. I am having no problem getting the water in also.

I have also decided to weigh myself every other week.
