Today was a hard one. I actually came all the way home because I was just out of it and had a headache. Took some meds and then actually got up and went to the gym. Let me tell you, Old Stef would not have done this. Old Stef would have just stayed home, but hey I made a commitment and I am sticking to it.
One kudos today.. A lady at the gym actually told me it looked like my face was getting slimmer.
