Today is Sunday. The beginning of another week. Overall I would say I did okay today. I got my walk. I could have ate better. I have decided to measure myself also, as not to make myself a slave to the scale and also because I know there will come a time will I will not see a difference on the scale but a difference in my clothing.
My waist is 44 inches. I can't believe that. Wait yes I can. I had my daughter measure me, but I had her measure the biggest part of my stomach.
My thighs are 31 inches. I also can believe that.
These numbers will have to go. I am not happy with them and I vow to change them.
