Doctor Visit!
Went for my doctor visit from being in the hospital and it went pretty good. I did find out I was taking one of my medications wrong and he explained to me why I have been swelling. Seems like my body is holding onto any piece of salt I give it. So I am going to try my best and eat low salt. I did pretty good eating wise. Didn't make it for my walk. Tomorrow I am going to or break out a walking dvd. I have to stop being making excuses.
