My November Goals

Okay here they are:

Lose another inch off the biggest part of my stomache.

I had Erica measure my actual waist(where my belly button is) and it is 42 inches. I want to lost 1 inch off of that area also.

Lost 1 inch off of my thunder thighs.

Stay OP!

Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water daily. ( You can ask my co-workers, I struggle with this one daily)

Weight Train 3 days a week

Walk 4 days a week for a minimum of 20 minutes.

Stay away from Red Meat.

Cut my cheese intake.

Overcome my addiction to bread.


Well that is all. You think that is enough. I do.
