Today I went and worked out at Contours Express for the second time after joining Saturday. I hurt everywhere. I really thought it was going to be a breeze. Boy, was I wrong. I am so out of shape, besides being very overweight.
This is a journey I have been on for quite sometime and have always failed. This time I will not.
