I went to weigh in and I was up .4. I am kinda happy about it, because I really thought it was going to be more. This is telling me you don't gain weight for falling off the wagon every now and then. You gain weight from falling off the wagon completely.
Thanksgiving Day over come on Christmas.

November 17 WI!
I am down another 2.2 pounds making a total of 10.8 pounds. I have finally passed the 10 pound mark and I am so happy. My next goal is 15 and guess what I get to dye my hair. It needs it badly.
I am so excited...now to get through Thanksgiving without pigging out and destroying all my hard work.

I am still excited!
I have been on this weight loss journey for almost two months now and I am still as excited as I was the first day I started. I enjoy working out. I look forward to the challenge of finding new and low fat ways to cook. This is a lifestyle change that I can mange.

All most over!
This week is almost over, and I am looking forward to it. I feel like I have not lost any weight. I know I should be patient and this is a long journey, but I want to see results.
On a good note, I stayed OP and exercised. I know I am doing the right things. I am just going to have to learn to be patient.

My November Goals
Okay here they are:
Lose another inch off the biggest part of my stomache.
I had Erica measure my actual waist(where my belly button is) and it is 42 inches. I want to lost 1 inch off of that area also.
Lost 1 inch off of my thunder thighs.
Stay OP!
Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water daily. ( You can ask my co-workers, I struggle with this one daily)
Weight Train 3 days a week
Walk 4 days a week for a minimum of 20 minutes.
Stay away from Red Meat.
Cut my cheese intake.
Overcome my addiction to bread.
Well that is all. You think that is enough. I do.

My October Results.
Okay here it is... After one month of following the WW plan and exercising..
I have lost a total of 7.3 pounds! (YAAA)
I have lots 1 inch off my waist. (The biggest part of my stomache)
My thighs are still 31 inches.
Progress has started. Slow but steady.
